Cade Coligan Named Space Auto’s October Employee of the Month

Every growing company needs people you can trust to pick something up, figure it out, and see it through. At Space Auto, Cade Coligan is one of those people.
We’re proud to recognize Cade, our Product Support Engineer, as October’s Employee of the Month.
Cade started here as a junior intern. In just a few years, he’s earned multiple promotions by learning quickly, taking ownership, and consistently giving us reasons to trust him with more.
Today, he’s relentless about getting support tickets closed. Around here, he’s earned the unofficial title of Space Auto’s world-record ticket closer. We have yet to submit the paperwork to Guinness, but we feel good about his chances.
He pairs that drive with a demeanor we appreciate just as much. Product support means working through questions, unexpected problems, and moments when people need help quickly. Cade handles that pressure extraordinarily well. He stays composed, brings a thoughtful approach, and takes pride in what he does.
That combination matters to our clients and to everyone working alongside him. You can trust Cade to keep moving when things get busy.
He’s also someone you rarely have to teach the same thing twice. Explain it once, and he takes it from there. He’s curious enough to ask good questions and autonomous enough to keep making progress without needing someone to guide every step.
His background includes a bachelor’s degree in information studies, and there’s a bit of a secret data scientist behind that support title. He has an analytical side that complements his personality: someone who wants to understand the problem and work out how to solve it.
"One of my favorite things about Cade is how naturally he combines capability with kindness. He has a winning personality and wisdom beyond his years. He makes it easy to enjoy working with him, even when the work itself is challenging." - Nick Askew
Some of us have known Cade since he was five years old. He was a sweetie pie then (yeah we said it), and we’re pleased to report that a career in support hasn’t changed that.
A couple of other details deserve to be on the record: he is much taller than you think, and Taylor specifically asked us to mention that he’s handsome. Consider that officially documented.
Watching Cade grow from a junior intern into someone our team depends on has been a real pleasure. Every promotion reflects the same qualities we see in him today: curiosity, initiative, follow-through, and care for the work and the people around him.
Congratulations, Cade, on being our October 2026 Employee of the Month. You’re a superstar, and we appreciate everything you do to keep Space Auto moving.
