Nick is an inspired and passionate leader who is determined to modernize, improve and ultimately revolutionize the online car buying experience for both dealers and buyers alike. Nick began his career at a multi-rooftop auto dealership with 38 stores, where he worked his way up through the ranks from service advisor to sales manager to corporate marketing director. His understanding of the unique needs of dealerships is second to none. Nick is also the founder of Luminary 2–a Dallas-based technology agency–and a frequent contributor and speaker on topics related to marketing and the auto industry. Nick attended Brighton Institute of Modern Music, studying Music Composition before dropping out to jump into the workforce.
Taylor’s background in design technology for live music performance–a high-stakes environment with zero room for error–prepared him for the opportunity to shape Space Auto’s marketing services into a scalable technology company that gives dealerships a tailored experience with human-centered design at the core of its innovation. Taylor believes the dealership model is in a place of transformation, and Space Auto is poised to be the gateway to the next era of dealership evolution.
Jason brings over 20 years of marketing leadership experience to Space Auto. He has a deep passion for developing strategic marketing and communications programs that reach the “right customer” with a strong value proposition, in a cost-effective way. Jason has developed and executed successful, revenue-driving digital and offline media programs for industry leaders including: Blink/Amazon, SIRIUS XM, Live Nation & Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB). Jason was also principal owner of MediaStar Marketing, a boutique marketing and media strategy consulting agency, for eight years. Jason completed his bachelor’s degree from The University of Vermont, and holds a Master’s in Integrated Marketing from NYU.
As a former Digital Director of a multi-rooftop dealership (both independent and OEM retailers), Gray’s passion is to help build solid solutions that make dealers and their customers’ lives easier by bridging the gap between technology and the in-store experience. His focus is to continue to develop Space Auto’s services in a way that helps dealers streamline their business and maximize success.
As an investor in CarOffer, Matt helped launch one of the most successful startups in the automotive sector. Matt served as a Director managing a multi-million dollar automotive trading facility, internal financial analysis and reporting, an internal fraud prevention team, and extensive stock analysis and financial comparison models of publicly traded competitors. Prior to that Matt was a founder, executive and currently a board member of a successful New Zealand based gold-mining company as well as a hedge fund, concentrating in the gold and silver-mining industry, that remains active today with millions in managed assets. Matt holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of St. Thomas in Texas.
As a former Amazon Development Engineer and Microsoft “MVP”, Andrei brings a wealth of knowledge and cutting-edge expertise to Space Auto. He is a frequent open-source contributor as well as having more than 1.8 Million downloads on NuGet. He is the author of numerous Xamarin articles. Andrei holds a specialist’s degree from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics.
Through his role of overseeing the Launch and Support teams at Space Auto, Sean has had the opportunity to help dealerships across the country improve their websites and increase sales. Using lessons learned from prior digital marketing roles at IBM and UT Southwestern Medical Center, Sean has contributed his expertise in SEO and website management to help develop better automotive solutions. Sean completed his bachelor’s degree, with an Advertising concentration, from Southern Methodist University.
James’ career is centered around leadership and driving results. Prior to Space Auto he was Operations Director at CarOffer, overseeing a team of salespeople and analysts. James sold with Sewell Automotive Group and held a leadership role at GEICO, in claims. He served in the US Army infantry, assigned to The Old Guard, the premiere honor guard unit. He achieved the rank of sergeant and the honor of firing party commander. James holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business and B.A in Business Administration from University of Texas Dallas, Naveen Jindal School of Management.
Before joining Space Auto, Robert was a National Sales Manager at CarOffer–an industry leader in the digital auction platform space. He has over 17 years of automotive experience including positions as General Sales Manager and Sales Manager at multiple dealerships. Robert also spent 13 years in the United States Marine Corps, where he held key positions as a Drill Instructor and Platoon Sergeant and served in Operation Enduring Freedom in Iraq. Robert is also the recipient of the Navy Commendation Medal. Robert completed his bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University, and holds an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from SMU Cox School of Business.
Anne’s career has been spent working in client communications and marketing, and the majority of that time working with automotive clients. Anne is dedicated to being more than just an account representative for her clients, but a strategist that works alongside them to help achieve their goals and grow their business. She’s passionate about making sure their challenges are always heard and met with long term solutions. Anne completed her bachelor’s degree with a Mass Communications concentration, from Louisiana State University.
