A dedicated Launch Manager is assigned to each dealership to handle every aspect of the migration and launch process while providing updates, so dealerships can focus on running their business. Space Auto carefully preserves the most valuable content from existing websites and even establishes automatic redirects from the old website pages to the new ones.
During the kickoff process, the Launch Manager will collect all of the necessary information from the dealership. During the launch process, our team will coordinate directly with your website providers to ensure a smooth process. We pride ourselves on making sure your data is protected, and that information isn’t lost through the transition.

Clients can access reports in Dashboard tab by logging in to their CRM at https://crm.space.auto or by logging in to the Space Auto app.

What ad platforms and formats do my ads run on?
Space Auto currently manages ads through both Google Ads and the Meta Network (including Facebook and Instagram). This allows your ads to reach consumers while they are active on the most popular social media and search platforms. We utilize custom creative, catalog, and text-based ads in order to optimize ad presentation on each platform.

How often do I meet with my account rep for Marketing Services?
For Digital Marketing and SEO Clients, online strategy meetings are held (with both your Account Rep and Pro-Marketer) on a monthly basis to review your marketing report. Clients are welcome to schedule additional video meetings, as needed.
